I made Audiobook Coloring Pages (and you can get them for $7!)

As an audiobook lover, I’m always looking for the perfect activity to pair with my listening. You know that feeling when you want to do something with your hands but don’t want anything too mentally demanding or do yet another chore? That’s exactly why I created these audiobook coloring pages for my fellow audiobook fans.

What’s Inside the Bundle

It’s been a while since I created the first version of my audiobook coloring pages, and I always wanted to revisit that (because, yes, designing and audiobooks go together very well, too). Now, here they finally are, and I am so excited!
This new and improved bundle includes:

8 Unique Coloring Pages featuring audiobook-ish quotes and designs:

  • “Audiobooks are real Reading!” (because they absolutely are)
  • “Every Day is a good day with an Audiobook!”
  • “Sometimes I need a voice to hug my mind…” (my personal favorite!)
  • “I’m all Ears!”
  • “I wish they would talk faster. I always listen at 2.0x!” (for my speed listeners)
  • “Audiobooks Give Me Superpowers”
  • “Just one more Chapter… (okay, one more Hour)!”
  • “Audiobooks are Self-Care”

+ 1 Audiobook Goals Tracker where you can log your listening journey throughout the year. Track up to 12 books per page (you can reprint as often as you like, you wild 300-audiobooks-per-year-listeners) with space for titles, notes, and completion dates, and elements for coloring and doodling.

+ 1 “Currently Listening” Fill-In Page with a super cute decorative frame where you can write what you’re currently listening to. Perfect for coloring, filling in, and sharing on social media to connect with other audiobook lovers!

Designed for All Skill Levels

Whether you’re a coloring beginner or experienced and looking for a challenge, you’ll find pages that suit your mood:

Easy pages with large areas and simple designs, perfect for relaxing coloring sessions or when you’re really focused on your audiobook.

Medium complexity pages with a nice balance of detail and open space.

Intricate, detailed pages for when you want a longer, more meditative coloring experience. These pages will keep you busy!

Why Coloring + Audiobooks = Perfect Match

I’ve been coloring while listening to audiobooks for years, and find it’s such an excellent way to relax. Here’s why this combination works so well:

It keeps your hands busy. Ever find yourself reaching for your phone while listening, just because you need something to do? Coloring solves that problem. Your hands are occupied, but your mind is free to focus on the story, and you get some blissful screen-free time in.

It’s meditative and relaxing. Both audiobooks and coloring are calming activities. Together, they create a deeply relaxing experience that helps you unwind after a long day.

It extends your listening time. I find I can listen for much longer when I’m coloring versus just sitting still. The gentle activity helps me stay engaged without getting restless.

It’s low-pressure creativity. Unlike other crafts that require concentration, coloring doesn’t compete with your audiobook for mental bandwidth. You can let the story wash over you while your hands create something beautiful.

How to use my Coloring Pages

Print as many times as you want. This is a digital download, so you can print the pages over and over. Try different color schemes, use the trackers for as many books as you want, or print your favorite pages multiple times.

Color with any medium. These work beautifully with colored pencils, markers, or crayons. They print well on regular printer paper, but you can also use cardstock for a sturdier feel.

Make it a ritual. Set aside time each week for your audiobook + coloring session. It’s a lovely way to mark the boundary between work time and personal time.

Share your creations. The “Currently Listening” page is designed to be shared! Color it, fill it in, and post it to connect with other audiobook fans.

From one Audiobook Lover to Another

I created these pages because I wanted them for myself. As someone who listens to 200+ audiobooks a year, I wanted something that celebrates this hobby we love. Something that says “yes, audiobooks are real reading” and “yes, you deserve to take time for yourself” and “no, you don’t always have to do chores while listening”.

If you’ve ever felt like you needed permission to count your audiobook time as valuable self-care, consider this your permission slip. And if you want to make that self-care even more enjoyable, grab some pencils and join me in coloring while we listen.

Happy listening while coloring!
